The product is WASPA-aligned and POPIA-aware, with 10 free credits on registration and pay-as-you-scale pricing from 25c per SMS.

NextGenSMS sits alongside MComm Technologies' wider product set (hosting, VoIP, fibre) and is the focused SMS extension of the same engineering team. Every NextGenSMS account is hosted on South African infrastructure and operated under the parent company's ICASA licences (ECS: 1777/CECS/JAN/2021 · ECNS: 1777/CECNS/JAN/2021).
