How do I register?

Registering is free and takes a few minutes. Fill in the form on our sign-up page, accept the WASPA code of conduct online, and we will create your default password and send it via SMS and email. No paperwork, no waiting on a sales call.

How do I login?

Click "Login" at the top right of any page, or go directly to sms.mcommtech.co.za. Use the email and password from your welcome SMS.

Can I test the platform before paying?

Yes. Every new account gets 10 free credits so you can run a real send before topping up. Our team is also one call away if you want help with sender IDs, opt-in formats, or routing.

How much does an SMS cost me?

From 25 cents per SMS at low volumes, scaling down to 16c per SMS at 1 million credits and below. There are no monthly fees, setup fees or contractual minimums. View the full pricing tier table on the pricing page.

Do you support two-way SMS and webhooks?

Yes. Long numbers and short codes support inbound replies, and we POST every inbound message to a webhook URL of your choice. Useful for opt-in/opt-out, helpdesk routing and M2M commands.
